SHIPPING POLICY

At Sun & Soil, we are passionate about delivering our wide variety of products —from home and pet essentials to your favorite personalized pieces— directly to your door, no matter where you are.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States (USA): 3 to 5 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

Important Note: For personalized products, please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery due to the unique manufacturing and quality control process they require. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Conditions:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Personalized Products: Because these items are made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Exchanges or refunds for personalized products will only be processed if there are manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
